Audience

Individuals involved in the installation & commissioning of medical gas pipeline systems. These individuals are responsible for ensuring the installation adheres to relevant guidance & standards including material selection and jointing methodology ensuring the carcass and system are installed safely and are fully operational and inline with the HTM. Primarily aimed at specialist contractors who provide installation services to healthcare facilities.

Objective

Equip participants with the technical knowledge, practical skills, and safety awarenes required to safely and effectively install Medical Gas Pipeline Systems (MGPS) in compliance with HTM 02-01 and other relevant standards. The course ensures that participants understand their responsibilities in delivering safe, compliant, and high-quality MGPS installations.

Course Overview

Accredited 2 day training course, including tuition, course workbook, digital course notes, delivered with a combination of theoretical & practical work & scenario based projects. Assessment via practical inspection, workbook  and technical awareness exam.
